About the Sumter Fire Department's delivery
The new pumper was designed and built at Toyne’s headquarters in Breda, IA and features a bolted painted stainless steel body, which was mounted on a Spartan Metro Star MFD chassis with a 10” raised roof. Powering the apparatus is a Cummins ISL9 380 HP engine and an Allison 3000 EVS transmission.
